Equipment Manager Responsibilities:

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management and preparation of equipment needs for players,
    including fitting players for full equipment for practices and games
  • Coordinates inventory counts and maintains inventory control system to track where inventory
    is assigned
  • Inspects equipment regularly and makes recommendations for replacements and/or
    alternatives if required
  • Maintaining a clean and organized locker room and equipment room
  • Setup and assign travel bags to players for road games
  • Pack equipment items required for away games (capes, extra equipment, parts, tools etc.)
  • Unpacking when coming home from a road trip
  • Evaluate equipment requirements and provides list of items for ordering to General Manager to
  • Unpacking and inventorying of equipment deliveries
  • Responsible for laundry operations of all game jerseys and pants after game day.
  • Available for all camps, practices, and game days, including travel to out-of-town games.
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned by Head coach, General Manager and/or Board of Directors

  • Enjoy working with young adults
  • Experience in football would be an asset
  • We will train the successful applicant
  • 2023 Football Activity Schedule:
    o Rookie Camps in April (2 weekends)
    o Spring camp 10 days in May,
    o Football Season – last week of July to Mid-November (on field practices Wednesday-Saturday),
    game days are Sunday, out of town games, travel Saturday – return Sunday
